Alberta EFP has a new look

We have a new look at the Alberta Environmental Farm Plan website.  Below are our more popular pages and how to find them.  Each video guides you through in less than 30 seconds.

Start/Renew

We now have multiple areas to access areas to start or renew your environmental farm plan.  You can click on the boxes on the homepage or find it in the menu under EFP Program.

Menu

Our menu has changed to the industry standard three bars in the top right corner of our page.  If you click on the menu bars, then a list of all our pages will be displayed. Clicking on each of the main pages will expand the sub pages to easily find what you are looking for.

Home Button

No matter where you are on the website, you can always reach the home page by clicking the logo in the top left corner of the page, or by clicking on the “home” menu option in the menu.

Sign In

If you’ve come to continue working on your environmental farm plan, similar to the old website, at the top right of any page you will see “sign in”.  Click on the link to access your login.

Blog 

Our blog can now be found under our “About” section.  We will also highlight the newest blog posts in our scrolling header on our homepage.

FAQ

Our frequently asked questions page is new so that you can find the answers to the most commonly asked questions we get at Alberta EFP.  The FAQ is organized by tabs to categorize the information so it is easier to find.

Workshop Calendar

When we are hosting or supporting a local workshop, Alberta EFP will post the event in the new calendar page under the EFP Program.  You can view the events as either a calendar or a list of events.  

Producers

This has long been a popular page because it gives the background information that many farmers need to understand what an Alberta Environmental Farm Plan requires and the benefits of getting a certificate for your farm.  This page can be found under resources and from our main page by scrolling down and clicking on “more information”.
