Renew Your EFP

If you are renewing a paper EFP, register for an online account. If you are renewing an online EFP, log into your webbook account.

How often should you renew?

We recommend you update your EFP often, especially when you make major changes to your operation.

  • Effective April 1, 2018, producers will need to have an EFP completion letter or EFP certificate dated within the last 10 years in order to be considered valid.
  • If your EFP completion letter or EFP certificate is older than 10 years, you will need to renew your workbook online.
  • Tip: Your technician is there to support you through each step of an EFP. You can complete the WorkBook online on your own; however, a technician can save you time by walking you through the process and is happy to help!
